1.4-liter 16-valve Hyundai G4EE engine from 2005 to 2012 and installed it on such popular models as the Getz, Accent or similar Kia Rio.In 2005, the Alpha line of gasoline powertrains was replenished with a 1.4-liter engine, which was essentially a smaller copy of the 1.6-liter G4ED. The design of this engine is typical for its time: distributed fuel injection, an in-line cast-iron cylinder block, an aluminum 16-valve head with hydraulic lifters and a combined timing drive, consisting of a belt and a small chain between the camshafts.
