The Tanaki cylinder head for ZMZ-405, 406, and 409 EURO-2 engines on GAZelle and UAZ vehicles offers an increased service life (over 20-40% longer than the original). It is manufactured with metal-ceramic valve seats, which increases service life when using LPG (methane-propane gas). Each product has an individual serial number. We offer a very high-quality replacement that surpasses the original cylinder head in terms of specifications and parameters. It features five camshaft bearings. The standard dual-spring bearing arrangement. The surface is treated to reduce roughness during the casting process. Torsional vibrations are eliminated. A nitrided layer is applied to the gears.
